ITW Insulation Systems manufactures a variety of aluminum and stainless elbows for the protection of insulation bends in piping systems. Our aluminum and stainless steel elbows are available in 45° and 90° sizes, and both long and short radius specifications are available.

We offer the following selection of aluminum and stainless steel elbows:

• Aluminum Elbow Covers - manufactured from 1100 Aluminum alloy in .024" thickness, Aluminum Ell-Jacs® Insulation Fitting Covers are made in two precision formed matching halves and are sized to cover and weatherproof insulated 90° and 45° elbows. A moisture retarder coating is applied to the interior for resistance to electrolytic degradation and a clear coating is applied to the exterior for corrosion resistance.

• 2 Piece Pressed Aluminum Tees - ITW Insulation Systems' 2-Pc Aluminum Tee covers are pressed in two matching halves from .024" thick aluminum, which has a moisture retarder coating applied to the underside for resistance to electrolytic degradation.

• Multi-Fit Aluminum Elbow Covers - made in two matching halves, and are available in 13 different sizes to fit 111 combinations of pipes sizes to cover and weatherproof insulated 90° elbows along pipelines.

• Stainless Steel Elbow Covers, Type 316 - manufactured from Type-316 Stainless Steel in .016" thickness. Stainless Steel Ell-Jacs® Insulation Fitting Covers are made in two precision formed matching halves and are sized to cover and weatherproof insulated 90° and 45° elbows.
