ITW Insulation Systems manufactures aluminum and stainless steel jacketing, sheets and elbows for
the protection of thermal insulation used primarily in refineries, power plants, chemical facilities
and paper mills.

Our products are recognized in the industrial insulation industry under the brand names of Pabco and
Childers Metals. ITW Insulation Systems also distributes stainless steel and aluminum
strapping and seals, as well as installation tools, under the Gerrard brand name for use in
conjunction with our manufactured products.

Our manufacturing location is in Houston, Texas.

This plant laminates a polycoated kraft paper or polysurlyn to aluminum and stainless steel to
provide a moisture retarder.

Roll goods, which are used for piping systems, and sheets, used for tanks and vessels, are produced
in this facility.

Also in Houston, our elbow facility die forms elbows from aluminum and stainless steel.

Elbows are normally 90-degree fittings that protect the insulation bends in piping systems.

Our national sales office, housing our customer service and order entry center, is also located in
Houston, Texas. Outside sales representatives are located in Houston, Texas; Denver,
Colorado; and Cleveland, Ohio.

for the thermal insulation industry. The company markets a broad range of products
exclusively to insulation distributors and contractors. These customers in turn either
resell or apply the insulation and jacketing to piping, tanks, vessels, and equipment normally
encountered in industrial process facilities (oil, gas, chemical, and petrochemical plants and
refineries), power plants (fossil fuel and co-generation), pulp and paper mills, steel and aluminum
plants, food processing plants, and textile mills. ITW Insulation Systems does not
involve itself in the retail business segment of the market
